Abstract

Management is essential for all organizations, as without it, all efforts will be in vain, and achieving goals will be more difficult. This study aims to analyze the implementation of management functions and the factors influencing their implementation at the Agricultural Extension Center in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency. The research method used was descriptive analytics. Twenty-two respondents were selected using total sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results indicate that the role of agricultural extension management functions at the Agricultural Extension Center encompasses three aspects: extension planning, extension implementation, and extension evaluation. Factors influencing the implementation of agricultural extension management functions include inadequate human resource capabilities and infrastructure
