Abstract

This study aims to examine the amount of income, welfare conditions, and food security levels of coffee farmers' households. The research uses a literature study approach that involves three main stages, namely: 1) Planning a literature review through journal search and academic discussion. 2) Collect and analyze literature sources related to the income, welfare level, and food security of coffee farmers. 3) Summarize the literature review and systematically compile the results of literature findings based on themes and patterns found in the literature. The results of the study show that the income level of coffee farmers is influenced by land area, coffee selling prices, and access to agricultural technology. The greater the income of a household, the higher its ability to meet the needs of life properly and maintain food availability in a sustainable manner. This research emphasizes strengthening market access, farmer institutions, and diversifying sources of income to improve the welfare and food security of farmer households
