Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi Pemuda Terhadap Pengembangan Wirausaha Ayam Broiler
Abstract
Youth as part of the millennial generation will determine the progress of agriculture in the future. Therefore, the role of youth is highly expected in regional development and economy by participating in the development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. This study aims to analyze personal and situational factors related to the level of youth participation in the development of broiler chicken entrepreneurship. The research method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The sample used consisted of young people engaged in broiler chicken farming, comprising four business units selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis used is Kendall's thau-b correlation analysis. The results of the study show that personal and situational factors that are positively related to the level of youth participation in the development of broiler chicken entrepreneurship are the level of formal education, mental attitude, business motivation and family support
