Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Galala, Kota Ambon
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role and success rate of Rurehe Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the economy of the community of Galala Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The data analysis used is by scoring. The results of the study show that Rurehe BUMDes have a high role in creating jobs, increasing people's income. The success rate of BUMDes in improving the community's economy is categorized as successful, with a positive contribution to increasing income and village independence. However, there is still a need for evaluation and improvement in the management of business units so that revenue can be more optimal and sustainable and strengthen business strategies and empower local potential more effectively
