Evaluasi Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian di Kabupaten Bula Barat, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of agricultural extension workers in West Bula District, East Seram Regency. This type of research is descriptive analytical. Respondents were determined purposively. The collection of respondents was carried out by census, which was 12 people, data analyzed by scoring and cross-tabulation. The results of this study show that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the performance of Agricultural Extension Workers in West Bula Regency include the preparation aspect of the high category as much as 83 percent, the implementation aspect of the high category 58 percent, and the monitoring and evaluation aspect of the high category as much as 92 percent. Factors related to improving the performance of extension workers are age, education and salary/wages and length of work as a field agricultural extension worker
