Analisis Kinerja Sistem Agribisnis pada UMKM Getuk Goreng di Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the performance of the fried cassava cake agribusiness system in micro, small, and medium enterprises in Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. The research employed a descriptive survey method involving 30 fried cassava cake MSMEs selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through direct observation, structured interviews using questionnaires, and literature review. The analysis was conducted using a weighted agribusiness system index covering five subsystems, namely input procurement, production process, downstream handling, marketing, and supporting subsystems. The results showed that the weighted agribusiness performance index reached 3.33 out of a maximum value of 3.67, equivalent to 90.73 percent, indicating that the fried cassava cake agribusiness system in Sokaraja has been running very well. Strong performance was observed in the input procurement and production process subsystems, reflecting good raw material quality management and production practices. Meanwhile, the marketing and supporting subsystems still require improvement, particularly in product diversification and compliance with business legality. Overall, the fried cassava cake agribusiness system has functioned effectively, but strengthening innovation and formal compliance is necessary to support long-term sustainability.
