Manajemen Risiko Usahatani Padi di Indonesia (Literatur Riview)
Abstract
Rice farming is a crucial sector in national food security but is highly vulnerable to various uncertainties. This study aims to identify risks and formulate comprehensive mitigation strategies based on a literature review of 19 scientific journals related to this topic. The method used is a systematic literature review of 19 articles. The results show that the risks of rice farming include production risks due to climate change and pest attacks, market risks, and financial risks. The mitigation strategies identified include technical approaches through the use of New Superior Varieties (VUB), risk transfer through Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) and Community Food Barns (LPM), and digital transformation to improve farmers' bargaining position. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the resilience of future rice farming depends on the integration of precision technology, inclusive financial protection, and strengthening farmers' digital literacy to achieve economic sustainability and strong food security
