Pengaruh Pendapatan terhadap Minat Pengusaha Gula Aren di Negeri Tuhaha Kecamatan Saparua Timur, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah
Abstract
High income serves as a motivating factor for entrepreneurs, influencing their interest in continuing to develop their businesses. This research seeks to examine how income influences the interest of palm sugar entrepreneurs in Tuhaha Village in developing their businesses. A census sampling method was employed, covering all 30 palm sugar entrepreneurs in the village. The data were examined quantitatively through a basic linear regression method. The findings demonstrate that income positively and significantly affects entrepreneurs' interest, as indicated through the determination coefficient (R²) amounting to 0.610. This implies that income accounts for 60% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest; furthermore, it suggests that as income rises, the entrepreneurs' interest in maintaining and expanding their palm sugar businesses increases. In short, the higher the income earned, the greater the entrepreneurs' interest in developing their palm sugar businesses.
