Transformasi Indeks Vegetasi Untuk Analisis Penggunaan Lahan Di Kecamatan Leitimur Selatan Kota Ambon
Abstract
Proses pembangunan perkotaan mencakup tahapan perencanaan, penyusunan kebijakan, implementasi kebijakan dan evaluasi implementasi pembangunan, pada dasarnya dituangkan dalam perencanaan tata ruang yaitu suatu kebijakan publik yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan dalam pemanfaatan ruang kota. Ambon merupakan kota dengan dinamika pembangunan dan aktivitas perekonomian relatif tinggi sehingga memicu peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan. Teknologi penginderaan jauh menghasilkan informasi muka bumi berupa data citra pada skala lokal dan global. GIS digunakan untuk menyimpan, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data spasial. NDVI merupakan metode standar yang biasanya digunakan dalam membandingkan tingkat kehijauan vegetasi serta dapat memberikan informasi tentang perubahan dinamis dari vegetasi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Leitimur Selatan Kota Ambon dengan menggunakan transformasi indeks vegetasi NDVI citra Landsat-8 OLI berbasis analisis SIG. Berdasarkan hasil analisis citra dan observasi lapangan diperoleh lima kelompok penggunaan lahan. Nilai uji akurasi 94 %, dan kappa accuracy 92,57%.
