Aplikasi Inokulum Rhizobium dan Dosis Pupuk SP-36 Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.)
Abstract
Kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) merupakan salah satu bahan pangan penting di Indonesia. Hingga saat ini produktivitas kacang hijau di Indonesia masih berfluktuatif dan cenderung rendah. Pemanfaatan bakteri rhizobium dan penggunaan pupuk SP-36 merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman kacang hijau. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh inokulum Rhizobium dan dosis pupuk SP-36 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan milik Universitas Pattimura yang berlokasi di Desa Poka, Kecamatan Teluk Ambon, Kota Ambon. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2025 hingga April 2026. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (split plot design) dalam Rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Petah utama yaitu inokulum Rhizobium (R) yang terdiri dua taraf, yaitu: tanpa inokulum rhizobium (R0) dan aplikasi inokulum rhizobium (R1). Anak petak yaitu dosis pupuk SP-36 (P) yang terdiri atas empat taraf, yaitu: 0 kg/petak (P0), 75 kg/petak (P1), 100 kg/petak (P2), dan 125 kg/petak (P3). Hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa interaksi antara aplikasi rhizobium dan dosis pupuk SP-36 125 kg/petak rata-rata memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman yang lebih baik dan tidak berbeda dengan aplikasi rhizobium dan dosis pupuk SP-36 100 kg/petak. Interaksi perlakuan tersebut juga memperlihatkan rata-rata jumlah bintil akar dan jumlah bintil akar efektif yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kombinasi perlakuan lainnya.
