ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN KOMPETENSI PADA UNIVERSITAS PATTIMURA.
Abstract
Kinerja pegawai merupakan bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh seorang ASN dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini merupakan pengadian yang dilakukan oleh seorang ASN Pada lembaga dimana ASN tersebut bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja seorang ASN ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah kompetensi Pegawai tersebut . Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai Universitas Pattimura berdasarkan kompetensi yang dimilki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuatitatif. Populasi dan sampel digunakan adalah Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Pattimura dengan jumlah 76 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompenetsi sangat mempengaruhi Kinerja ASN, dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha yang berarti bahwa kompetensi sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai universitas pattimura.
