Penerapan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dalam pemilihan penyedia layanan internet
Abstract
Penyedia layanan internet saat ini menawarkan layanan yang beragam kepada konsumen, dengan berbagai pilihan yang sering kali membingungkan. Pemilihan penyedia layanan internet yang tepat sangat penting untuk memastikan terpenuhinya kebutuhan akan konektivitas yang andal dan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memilih penyedia layanan internet yang paling banyak dipilih berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kriteria yang diinginkan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penggunaan metode AHP memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih terstruktur, karena AHP mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria dan sub-kriteria secara hierarkis. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa aktif program studi Teknik Industri, dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 30 mahasiswa, secara non-probabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang menjadi prioritas dalam pemilihan penyedia layanan internet adalah Promo. Sementara, Kartu SimPATI menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi para pengguna internet dibandingkan IM3 dan Kartu AS. Dengan kata lain, Kartu SimPATI lebih memenuhi kriteria pemilihan penyedia layanan internet pilihan konsumen.
