ANALISIS KINERJA RANTAI PASOK AGROINDUSTRI APEL
Abstract
Kinerja rantai pasok sangat dipengaruhi oleh dua hal, yaitu membagi informasi dan kemampuan kolaborasi. Membagi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kemampuan kolaboratif. Kolaborasi rantai pasok juga dipengaruhi oleh praktek kemitraan antar pelaku yang terjadi di dalamnya. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya hubungan dan pengaruh antara praktek kemitraan rantai pasok, praktek berbagi informasi, dan praktek kolaborasi dengan kinerja rantai pasok. Obyek penelitian yang diambil adalah agroindustri apel di Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dan purposive sampling Analisis data dan pemodelan persamaan struktural dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah suatu metode yang berbasis keluarga regresi, dan digunakan untuk pembangunan model dan metode dalam ilmu-ilmu sosial, dengan pendekatan yang berorientasi pada prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif berbagi informasi (X1) terhadap kemitraan (Y1); terdapat pengaruh positif berbagi informasi (X1) terhadap kolaborasi (Y2); terdapat pengaruh positif berbagi informasi (X1) terhadap kinerja rantai pasok (Y3); terdapat pengaruh positif kemitraan rantai pasok (Y1) terhadap kolaborasi (Y2); terdapat pengaruh positif kemitraan (Y1) terhadap kinerja rantai pasok (Y3); dan, terdapat pengaruh positif kolaborasi (Y2) terhadap kinerja rantai pasok (Y3). Akan tetapi, ditemukan juga bahwa Kemitraan dan Kolaborasi merupakan mediator bagi pengaruh Berbagi Informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok.
