Pengembangan Media Pop-Up Book untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematika Siswa Tunagrahita
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pop-up book dan menguji efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematika siswa tunagrahita ringan. Penelitian menggunakan metode research and development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa tunagrahita ringan di sebuah sekolah luar biasa di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket validasi ahli, angket respons guru dan siswa, serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pop-up book yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid oleh ahli materi dengan skor 80% dan sangat valid oleh ahli media dengan skor 96.7%. Penilaian guru menunjukkan kategori praktis dengan skor 86%, sedangkan respons siswa menunjukkan kategori sangat menarik. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematika yang signifikan dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0.781 (kategori tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pop-up book layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu siswa tunagrahita ringan memahami konsep matematika secara lebih konkret dan bermakna.
