MANAJEMEN SYOK KARDIOGENIK PADA ANAK DENGAN PENYAKIT JANTUNG REMATIK

Pendahuluan. Penyakit jantung rematik merupakan penyakit dengan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas tinggi sehinggamenjadi tantangan untuk tenaga kesehatan di daerah dengan kondisi sosialekonomi rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena proses penyakit ini yang cenderung bertambah berat dan menetap. Salah satu bentuk komplikasi jangka panjang dari penyakit jantung rematik adalah syok kardiogenik yang sangat mengancam nyawa. Evaluasi yang sistematik dan lengkap tentang riwayat pasien, manifestasi klinik, pemeriksaan fisik yang menyeluruh, serta pemanfaatan alat penunjang medis sangat penting dalam upaya diagnostik PJR. Metode.jurnal ini berbentuk laporan kasus, kami melaporkan kasus syok kardiogenik berulang pada pasien penyakit jantung rematik pada institusi kami. Artikel ini disusun dari berbagai referensi dan pengalaman kasus yang pernah ditangani di Rumah Sakit Tentara Prof. dr. J. A. Latumeten. Hasil. Pada pasien anak dengan syok kardiogenik dan penyakit jantung rematik kami berikan alat bantua napas dan pemberian terapi farmakologi yang sesuai, sehingga dalam 7 hari perawatan kondisi pasien membaik. Kesimpulan Manajemen syok kardiogenik sebagai akibat dari penyakit jantung rematik memerlukan metode diagnostik yang cepat dan tepat. Pemberian terapi berupa farmakologi harus dioptimalkan pada kondisi pasien yang menolak tindakan intervensi bedah sebagai tatalaksana utama.
