SOSIALISASI STUNTING DAN INOVASI OLAHAN DAUN KELOR SEBAGAI PENCEGAHAN BERBASIS PANGAN LOKAL DI DESA ENGGLAS
Abstract
Growth failure in children under five years of age is caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time and the occurrence of repeated infections, and these two causative factors are influenced by inadequate parenting, especially in 1,000 HPK which is a condition of stunting. Children are classified as stunted if their length or height for their age is lower than the applicable national standard of less than -2 Standard Deviation. Indonesia has a target of 14% reduction by 2024. The number of nutrients in moringa leaves is more capable of being consumed to supplement the nutritional needs of mothers during breastfeeding and growing children. So that in this activity, an appropriate food processing innovation is carried out in making local food-based snacks, namely moringa leaves for parents who have children aged 3-5 years as an alternative effort in preventing stunting carried out in Engglas Village, Bula District, East Seram Regency.
