UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR ANAK PUTUS SEKOLAH DI DESA BATU MERAH

Abstract

This program aims to reduce the factors that cause children to drop out of school. One of the causes of this dropout problem is the low level of student interest in learning. In this case, parents are very influential in children's education. Parents' involvement in children's education will determine what will happen to children in the future. The method used in this service activity is to provide tutoring for children who drop out of school. The stages of tutoring are: 1. The first step is that the children are gathered and given an introduction. 2. At The next meeting they will be learning about ethics when talking to other people and the procedure for praying before and after learning. 3. Furthermore, they are taught to write and recognize numbers and letters of the alphabet for children who are not yet in school. The results obtained from this tutoring activity are that the children's enthusiasm for learning is increasingly visible during the activity. For instance, students come earlier than the predetermined time and are willing to wait so that they can learn.
