PENYULUHAN DAN PELATIHAN SIRUP AIR KELAPA DENGAN PENAMBAHAN EKSTRAK JAHE DI DESA ALLANG

Abstract

Allang Village is one of the villages in West Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This village has plantation commodities that have high economic value, namely coconut and red ginger. but contains the nutrients the body needs. Meanwhile, red ginger is only used for cooking spices and traditional medicine. For this reason, this community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling and training with the aim of increasing public knowledge about the utilization of waste into a new product such as syrup. The methods used are counseling, discussion, and training. The results of this community service activity are that people can understand how to make syrup by making good use of waste. For this reason, this activity must be carried out in various regions in order to add insight to the local community
