Pengaruh Keterampilan Manajemen Kelas dan Lingkungan Kampus Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh keterampilan manajemen kelas dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, 2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa, 3) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh keterampilan manajemen kelas dosen dan lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. penelitian ex post facto atau pengukuran sesudah kejadian. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 mahasiswa pendidikan luar sekolah angkatan 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan manajemen kelas dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa mahasiswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa mahasiswa, 3) terdapat pengaruh keterampilan manajemen kelas dosen dan lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Nilai F hitung sebesar 82,713 dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05. Saran diharapkan dosen akan direkomendasikan untuk menjaga dan mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam pengelolaan kelas, agar mahasiswa lebih termotivasi untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran, sehingga mampu mengajar secara efektif sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Kampus dapat memperhatikan lingkungan kampus agar mahasiswa merasa nyaman dan aman saat belajar di kampus. Penelitian ini masih terbatas di kampus Universitas Pattimura Ambon, sehingga diharapkan penelitian kedepannya akan membutuhkan topik yang lebih luas
