Perbedaan Loyalitas Kerja Guru Honor di Persekolahan Kristen Kota Ambon Berdasarkan Jenis Kelamin

Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan isu yang sangat penting didalam organisasi, karena Loyalitas memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi organisasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan perbedaan signifikan antar loyalitas berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 141 guru honorer Yayasan Sekolah Kristen kota Ambon. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Loyalty Scale. Data penelitian diuji dengan metode uji beda secara manual dan temuan penelitian menunjukkan: tidak terdapat perbedaan loyalitas berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat disarankan beberapa saran pengembangan dalam rangka peningkatan loyalitas guru terkhususnya guru honorer di Yayasan Sekolah Kristen kota Ambon
