Welcome to PHYSIKOS Journal of Physics and Physics Education. This journal is a scientific journal published by the Physics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pattimura University. This journal focuses on disseminating original research results in the fields of Pure Physics, Applied Physics, and Physics Education. In addition, this journal does not include review articles and articles that have been submitted or published in other journals. This journal is published twice a year, in April and October. Articles are written in Indonesian for the first and second editions, while furthermore will be written in English.

The scope of this journal covers two areas, namely as follows :
# Physics Education, including:
1. Physics Learning Media
2. Evaluation and Assessment in Physics learning
3. Approaches, Strategies and Models in Physics Learning
4. Physics Curriculum Development

# Pure Physics, including:
1. Theoretical Physics
