Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • ABSTRACT 
Abstract written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The abstract contains an introduction, the results of the discussion. Writing abstracts using Times New Roman writing, size 12 pt, italics, 1 space, maximum 250 words.
  • KEYWORDS 
Key writing uses Times New Roman writing, 12 pt in size. Keywords are written in words or phrases, preferably in phrases. Keywords consist of 3-6 words or 3-6 phrases, and must be separated by (,) commas.
 
A. INTRODUCTION
The introduction contains legal issues / issues that the author raises as a background of thought that will be discussed in the results and discussion, in the introduction may use methods, research objectives, or not. In the introduction the writer must preach renewal or explain the existence of the gab between theory and reality, the laws and regulations in practice in the research field.

B. RESULT AND DISCUSSION
In the results and presentation points, the writer is expected to be able to provide ideas on the results of research that address legal issues / issues that are presented at the preliminary point, ideas submitted must be supported by legal materials or the latest data or jurisprudence that is still being used, theories from legal experts related to the issue / issue being discussed.
 
C. CONCLUSION
Concluding remarks about conclusions made concise, clear and concise based on the results and discussion, made in the form of paragraphs, containing the results of the activities and the results of the discussion.
 
REFERENCES
Write a bibliography which is an alphabetical and chronological reference. Bibliography is a list of references / references not a bibliography, it must contain all sources referred to in the text, and does not need to contain sources that are not referenced. The reference list contains everything referenced in the text that comes from sources that; (a) relevant, (b) at least 80% up to date (last 10 years), or theories of opinion of experts or jurists relevant to writing and (c) at least 80% of primers. Reference writing refers to the American Psychological Association (APA) 6Ed and uses the Mendeley application.
