Aplikasi Konsentrasi Hir Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Sawi (Brassica juncea L.)
Abstract
Sawi (Brasssica Junsea L.) merupakan salah satu sayuran daun penting yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan dapat memasok vitamin dan mineral bagi tubuh manusia. Kotoran sapi segar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber beberapa unsur hara bagi tanaman sawi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mempelajari sejauh mana hir berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi dan (2) untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi hir yang tepat bagi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Hir yang diaplikasikan pada tanaman sawi berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi dan (2) Hir pada konsentrasi tertentu menghasilkan pertumbuhan optimal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dusun kayu Putih, negeri Soya-Kota Ambon yang berlangsung dari bulan April 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2023. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak lengkap berblok dengan satu faktor konsentrasi hir. Perlakuan konsentrasi hir terdiri dari tujuh aras dengan tiga ulangan sehingga total berjumlah 21 satuan percobaan. Setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari enam populasi tanaman, sehingga total tanaman berjumlah 126 tanaman. Aras konsentrasi hir terdiri dari tujuh aras, yaitu : H0 (tanpa hir); H1 = hir 16,66 % H2= hir 20 %, H3 = hir 25 %, H4 = hir 33 %, H5 = hir 50 %, H6 = hir 100 %r. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi hir segar memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peubah luas daun, tinggi tanaman dan bobot segar tanaman. hir segar dengan konsentrasi ekstrak 1/air 6 menghasilkan bobot segar tanaman yang lebih tinggi dan signifikan terhadap aras konsentrasi lainnya.
