Focus and Scope
Amanisal Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes high-quality and impactful research in the field of fisheries science, with a particular emphasis on capture fisheries. The journal aims to serve as a platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge, innovation, and policy-relevant research at both regional and global levels.
All submitted manuscripts must meet rigorous academic standards and will undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, validity, and scientific contribution.
Since June 2023, Amanisal Journal has implemented the Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage the submission, review, and publication processes. Authors are required to register and submit their manuscripts through the OJS platform. The editorial workflow allows real-time tracking of manuscript status by authors, editors, and reviewers. The journal is published biannually in May and November.
