Analisis Keputusan Untuk Pemilihan Mesin Produksi Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) - Studi Kasus Pada UD. Pelangi
Abstract
UD. Pelangi is a home industry that produces the packaging soy sauce and marketed to the entire region of East Java. Comparing to its montly production capasity (8.000 liters) and sales rate (6.912 liters/month), the remaining capasity (13,6%) could be utilized to increase the company's income. Furthermore, soy sauce often being scorched during the cooking proces. It is caused by the low quality of cooking mechine. Company decides to provide a new cooking machine. However, this decision might not be implemented since company has another consideration to increase the income, such as investing a new pakaging machine. We had conducted a research to identify decision making criteria and determine an decision alternatif as a recomendation to owner of the company. Based on Analytic Network Process (ANP) results by analyzing 10 sub criteria that are categorized in 3 main criteria, we recomendate to provide cooking machine than packaging machine.
