This journal adopts and implements the ethical principles and standards recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process. Scientific advancement relies on the open dissemination of knowledge, even when it may not provide immediate personal benefit. Editors

Editors bear ultimate responsibility for every article published in the journal. Their key duties include:

  1. Making publication decisions based solely on the academic value, originality, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope.
  2. Ensuring all submitted papers receive an impartial, fair, and timely review process.
  3. Evaluating manuscripts without discrimination based on the authors’ race, gender, religion, political view, nationality, or any other personal attributes.
  4. Maintaining strict confidentiality of submitted works and refraining from sharing details beyond those involved in the editorial process, unless authorized by the author.
  5. Avoiding any personal or professional use of unpublished materials derived from submitted manuscripts.
  6. Acting upon credible indications of research misconduct or significant errors, including issuing corrections or retractions when necessary.
  7. Taking fair and reasonable action in response to ethical complaints related to submitted or published papers in consultation with the publisher or relevant authorities.

 

Reviewers

Peer reviewers play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of academic publications. Their responsibilities include:

  1. Accepting review invitations only for manuscripts that match their area of expertise and can be reviewed within the specified time frame.
  2. Recognizing that peer review is a scholarly obligation and performing reviews with fairness, objectivity, and professionalism.
  3. Providing constructive, unbiased feedback and avoiding hostile or personal criticism.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality of all materials received and not using them for personal gain or to harm others.
  5. Acknowledging and citing relevant prior work that has not been properly referenced by the authors.
  6. Declaring any potential conflicts of interest and seeking guidance from the editorial board if unsure.
  7. Ensuring that their evaluation is uninfluenced by authors’ identity, nationality, institutional affiliation, gender, or ideological background.

 

Authors

Authors carry full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and ethical conduct of their research and its reporting. They are expected to:

  1. Present research findings honestly and transparently, without falsification, fabrication, or inappropriate data manipulation.
  2. Guarantee that their manuscript is original, and properly acknowledge or cite the work of others when used.
  3. Provide sufficient methodological detail to enable replication and verification by other researchers.
  4. Ensure that authorship reflects genuine contributions to the research and writing process.
  5. Disclose all financial or personal relationships that may influence the interpretation of their results.
  6. Report promptly to the editor if significant errors are discovered after publication and cooperate in issuing corrections or retractions when required.
  7. Refrain from submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.

Plagiarism in any form—including self-plagiarism, data falsification, or duplication—is considered unethical and will not be tolerated.

The publisher supports and safeguards the integrity of the entire publication process through the following commitments:

  1. Establishing clear contractual relationships among publishers, editors, and authors.
  2. Protecting confidentiality and personal data of authors, reviewers, and research participants.
  3. Upholding copyright and intellectual property rights.

  6. Ensuring the correction of the scholarly record through errata, clarifications, and retractions when necessary.

  8. Guaranteeing timely publication and maintaining the trustworthiness of the journal’s content.
