Peer Review Process

The editorial staff reviews all submitted manuscripts. The evaluation process employs a double-blind review system. Manuscripts that editors determine to be incompatible with the journal's criteria are promptly rejected without external review. Reviewers receive manuscripts that have been assessed as relevant to our readership. The editors will reach a decision based on these reports, and, where necessary, they will consult with members of the Editorial Board. The editor's decision is final. The editors subsequently determine the course of action based on the reviewer's recommendation, including the following options: acceptance, requiring revision, or rejection.
