International and National are welcome papers and research articles from scholars, researchers, graduate and post-graduate students, high school teachers and stakeholders.

The journal is published bianually, on June and December, each consisting of five articles.

The author is free of charge for submitting, processing, and publishing their articles. Readers can read and download any full papers free of charge.
