Author Guidelines

Author Guideline:
Molluca Journal of Chemistry Education (MJoCE) accepts manuscripts in both Indonesian and English. Submitted works can include Original Research Articles and Review Articles, and must be original and not published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  1. General Author Guidelines

Manuscripts should be submitted to the MJoCE Editorial through the online platform: https://ojs3.unpatti.ac.id/index.php/mjoce/login, where authors register as Authors and/or Reviewers. If authors encounter issues with online submission, please contact the Editor in Chief: journal.mjoce@gmail.com, healthykainama@gmail.com, or WhatsApp: 081251481890.

  1. Manuscript Template

Manuscripts should be prepared according to the following author guidelines in the MS Word article template (download the MS Word article template here).

  1. Manuscript Review

Each submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer reviewers. The decision for publication, amendments, or rejection is based on their reports/recommendations. If two or more reviewers consider the manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the decision basis will be sent to the authors within three months of submission (link: Peer Review Process).

  1. Manuscript Revision

Manuscripts that have been reviewed by the reviewers will be returned to the authors for revision and must be promptly returned to the editor. Revised manuscripts can be submitted through (https://ojs3.unpatti.ac.id/index.php/mjoce/). Manuscripts revised beyond three months will be considered as new submissions.

  1. Guidelines for Online Submission

If authors have not submitted an article before, they must first register as Authors and are given the opportunity to be Reviewers through https://ojs3.unpatti.ac.id/index.php/mjoce/login. Authors must fill out the form as detailed as possible, where starred fields must be completed.

After submission, authors will receive a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, authors can track the status of their submission at any time by logging into the online submission interface.
