PATTIMURA Legal Journal (PELA) is managed and published by the Postgraduate Program Doctoral in Law, Universitas Pattimura, Indonesia.

The journal is managed by its editorial team under the responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Editorial Board, and journal management team. The editorial team is responsible for establishing and implementing the journal's editorial policies, overseeing the peer-review process, maintaining publication ethics, evaluating and selecting manuscripts, making editorial decisions, and ensuring the scholarly quality and integrity of published content.

The Postgraduate Program Doctoral in Law, Universitas Pattimura, as the publisher, provides institutional support for the operation, sustainability, and continued development of the journal. The publisher does not interfere with editorial decisions. Editorial decisions are made independently based on the quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts to the journal's Focus and Scope, peer-review reports, compliance with publication ethics, and contribution to legal scholarship.
