PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI, INFORMATIKA, STATISTIK, DAN PERSANDIAN KOTA SURAKARTA
Abstract
Vitalnya fungsi budaya dalam kepastian kinerja pegawai yang baik berlaku di berbagai jenis organisasi. Salah satu organisasi tersebut termasuk didalamnya yaitu instansi pemerintah. Penerapan budaya organisasi yang positif dapat mendorong pembentukan kepribadian pegawai secara positif dengan sendirinya. Solidnya budaya organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung produktivitas serta kesejahteraan bagi para pegawai. Hal tersebut dapat mendukung aparatur dalam melaksanakan tupoksi secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian Kota Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 47 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 27 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsistensi, keterlibatan, adaptabilitas, dan Misi berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
