The journal is an open access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles in the area of management and business.

Manis: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is issued twice a year. Authors from academic institutions, research institutions, professional practice, regulatory bodies, and the wider public are welcome to disseminate their research findings and scholarly thoughts through systematic writing using relevant approaches and research methods.

Mission: To provide an academic platform for publishing high-quality research in management and business that contributes to theoretical development, practical application, and business decision-making.

The focus of Manis: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is to publish original research articles in management and business studies. The scope of Manis: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
