Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan barang-barang dagangan menggunakan pendekatan klasifikasi ABC serta meminimumkan ongkos inventori dengan metode multi item. Dari hasil pendekatan klasifikasi ABC, terdapat 14 item yang masuk pada kategori A dan B dengan persentase komulatif peyerapan dana sebesar 94.998787 % dan 14 item pada kategori C, serta model peramalan double exponential smoothing ( = 0,67 : = 0,2) yang memberikan nilai kesalahan peramalan terkecil dimana ongkos inventori total adalah sebesar Rp. 938.297,34 dengan penghematan sebesar 8,421 % dari total ongkos inventori existing.
