Abstract

The aim of this study is to be able to describe how the demonstration technique is utilized to enhance learning outcomes for students in the sixth grade at SD Negeri Illih in the Damer District of Southwest Maluku. Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the method of research used. Planning, implementation, observing, and reflecting were the four processes of this study. The stages of putting the plan into action are completed in two cycles. There were 26 students in the sixth grade at SD Ilih Damer who were the subjects of this study. Tests of students' learning outcomes conducted prior to the action and final exams for cycles I and II make up the data gathered in this format. The study's findings employing the demonstration technique showed an improvement in the learning outcomes for the students. The results of the study using the demonstration method showed an increase in student learning outcomes: initial test score of 6 (23.07%), cycle I student scores increased to 12 (46.15%), and cycle II student scores increased to 26 (100%); therefore, the result of student learning is success. Overall learning will be successful because the teachers and students can follow the learning well
