The Huele: Journal of Applied Linguistics, Literature, and Culture charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts to cover publishing costs.

APC Details

• Standard APC: IDR 750,000 per accepted article (Effective starting Volume 6, Number 2, 2026).

Payment Process

1. Invoice: Authors will receive an invoice after their manuscript is accepted.
2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal.
3. Deadline: Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
4. Production: Copyediting, layouting, and DOI assignment will only proceed after payment has been confirmed by the editorial team.

Waivers and Discounts

• Waivers: Authors facing financial hardship may submit a formal request for an APC waiver during the initial manuscript submission..
• Institutional Support: We encourage authors to check with their institutions or funding agencies for potential APC coverage.

Refund Policy

• APCs are strictly non-refundable once the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
