Abstract
UD. Filkin Wayame merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi perabotan berbahan dasar kayu, yang bekerja sama dengan beberapa supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku kayu. Selama proses pengiriman Terdapat permasalahan dalam pemenuhan barang meliputi, kecacatan barang, keterlambatan pengiriman dan ketidaksesuaian jumlah, sehingga diperlukan metode pengambilan keputusan yang sistematis dalam pemilihan supplier. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot prioritas kriteria dan Promethee untuk perengkingan alternatif. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi harga, kualitas, pengiriman, pelayanan, dan ketepatan jumlah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria kualitas merupakan kriteria terpenting dengan bobot 0,441. Dilanjutkan dengan metode Promethee, nilai net flow tertinggi diperoleh oleh supplier C (Werinama) dengan nilai 0,411, diikuti oleh supplier A (Kobisonta) dengan nilai 0,293 dan supplier B (Bula) dengan nilai -0,704. Dengan demikian supplier C (Werinama) direkomendasikan sebagai supplier terbaik bagi UD. Filkin Wayame.
