Publication Schedule

KOMUNITAS: Jurnal Ilmu Sosiologi (COMMUNITY: Journal of Sociology) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pattimura University, Indonesia.

The journal is published regularly twice a year, with two issues scheduled for publication in May and October.

• Issue 1: May
• Issue 2: October

Each issue publishes five articles, subject to editorial approval and the completion of the peer-review and publication processes. The journal welcomes submissions throughout the year. Manuscripts are processed through editorial screening, peer review, revision, and final editorial decisions.

Submission at any time does not guarantee publication in a particular issue. The assignment of accepted manuscripts to an issue depends on editorial decisions, publication readiness, and the journal's publication schedule.

KOMUNITAS: Jurnal Ilmu Sosiologi is committed to maintaining a consistent publication schedule, rigorous peer review, and high standards of academic integrity and scholarly quality.
