Analysis of the Relationship between TQM and Managerial Performance at the Publisher of the Ambon Ekspres Morning Daily Using PLS-SEM
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji hubungan yang terbentuk antara TQM dan Kinerja Manajerial pada Penerbit Harian Pagi Ambon Ekspres. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei ke 33 karyawan perusahaan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Metode analisis adalah PLS-SEM dengan menerapkan model second order factor dan latent score variabel (LSV). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa TQM berpengaruh positif pada Kinerja Manajerial di Penerbit Harian Pagi Ambon Ekspres, namun TQM bukan merupakan predictor dominan bagi Kinerja Manajerial.
