Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan adaptif, transformasi digital, dan fleksibilitas organisasi terhadap ketahanan bisnis UMKM di Kabupaten Jepara. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) pada 106 responden pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar sebagai anggota Rumah BUMN Jepara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dan fleksibilitas organisasi berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan bisnis UMKM, sedangkan kemampuan adaptif tidak berpengaruh. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan UMKM dalam mengadopsi sistem digital dan menjaga kelincahan struktur organisasi berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha, meningkatkan daya saing, dan merespons dinamika pasar. Penelitian ini memperkuat bukti empiris mengenai peran transformasi digital dan fleksibilitas organisasi dalam memperkuat ketahanan UMKM, khususnya pada UMKM dengan tingkat kesiapan digital yang masih rendah.
