We cordially invite mathematicians, university lecturers, and researchers working in mathematics and related fields within the scope of BAREKENG to publish the results of their research in our journal. These collaborations aim to promote the exchange of knowledge, support the dissemination of high-quality research, and provide a platform for scholars to engage in meaningful scientific discussions. Before Submission

The author must ensure that the manuscript has been prepared using the BAREKENG template following the author guidelines and not written by only one author. Manuscripts that can be written by only one author are intended for the invited author or the author who has reputable research and publication in the field of mathematics. The manuscript must also have been carefully proofread and checked for similarity (for 2025 edition, a proofreading certificate must be attached as a supplementary file in the submission process). Manuscripts that do not meet the author guidelines, aim, and scope, along with manuscripts that are written in a different format or have poor English grammar will be immediately rejected. Only manuscripts that meet the BAREKENG standards will be processed further.

Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Scopus Indexing Announcement

We are delighted to announce that the Barekeng: Journal of Mathematics and Its Applications has been officially indexed in SCOPUS as of December 2024. The articles indexed are those published starting from Volume 14 (2020) up until the latest edition published during Scopus admission. Current Issue

Vol 20 No 1 (2026): BAREKENG: Journal of Mathematics and Its Application

The March 2026 issue (Volume 20, Issue 1) of BAREKENG: Journal of Mathematics and Its Applications, comprising 60 peer-reviewed articles, showcases contributions from 221 authors, including 120 male and 101 female researchers. Altogether, the authors contributing to this issue are based in 12 countries. Of these, 191 are affiliated with Indonesian institutions, while 30 are international scholars from 11 countries, namely Estonia, India, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, France, Thailand, and Ukraine. In total, the contributors represent 44 domestic affiliations and 20 international affiliations, reflecting both a robust national base and an expanding global presence. This March 2026 issue has been available online since November 2025. Volume 20 of the journal is published quarterly, with issues scheduled for March, June, September, and December.
